BUS Rules and Regulations
The Village of Lowellville is very fortunate to have a mini bus to provide transportation to the Village residence to help improve their quality of life.
To ensure everyone has a safe experience the rules and regulations listed below need to be followed:
The walkway needs to be free of obstructions, therefore.
Everyone is allowed one (1) bin of food per day.
Everyone is allowed one (1) 24 pack of water per day.
If you have a home health aide, you will need to have an aide on the bus to assist you.
When you call in to reserve your place on the bus be sure to let us know your aide will be with you. We will have a list of passengers that have home health aides and if your aide is not included in your call, you will not be allowed on the bus.
There is limited space on the bus, so everyone needs to call the day before to ride the bus.
If when you call the bus is already full you will be the first on the list for the next day of your choice.

We need to be considerate of everyone using the bus. Everyone is shopping and has perishables on the bus. Plus, some riders might need to go to all the stops and there is a schedule that needs to be followed.
The bus driver will determine how long you will have at each stop.
This will be based on the size of the store and if the bus is running onschedule or running early.
If you are not on the bus in the time given: The first time you will be written up.
After the second time you will no longer be allowed to ride the bus.
The bus can be used for Routine Doctor Appointments ( no procedures) ,hair appointments, etc., within a 10-mile radius of City Hall.
Our mini bus has a lot of miles and to help extend the life the schedule has been revised
